A Silver Morgan is a historic coin for the defining
design; usage during a pivotal time in U.S. history; and of course the
fact that it is .9999 pure silver. The most coveted year of the Morgan
Silver Dollar is 1895 where a proof version can go for 100s of thousands
of dollars. However many Silver Morgan dollars can still be had for
under 50$! These coins are an incredible buy for their history and
unique design alone not to mention the sliver content. Silver prices
continue to climb as world demand increases without increases in the
silver supply. At a minimum you can count on appreciation in the price
of these coins for the silver melt value. Although a good Silver Morgan
will easily command a price above the melt value.
